"Jack was diagnosed with cancer when he was 4. They gave him 6 months to live. He lived until he was 6. He had a smile on his face every day. The tattoo is a picture he drew for his charity page, which his Mum & Dad set up to help other children with brain tumours get to America to get the treatment they need. It was too late for Jack. My sister has got the same tattoo on her neck, and my niece and nephew have got it on the back of their legs."
